Description

Bruno Rocca's Dolcetto d'Alba Trifolè was born in the Langhe, in this cellar that has been cultivating vineyards in the Barbaresco area for over 50 years. The estate covers about fifteen hectares, with parcels in different areas of the appellation.

The wine is made up exclusively of Dolcetto grapes, which are vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks, with maceration on the skins for 7-10 days. The wine is then aged on the fine lees in the same containers.

Of an intense ruby red color, it is expressed on the nose with aromas of ripe fruit such as plum, blackberry, cherry. The sip is warm and round, with good persistence.

To be combined with stewed meat.
