Description

Vigna Tecc di Poderi Luigi Einaudi is a Dogliani Superiore DOCG mirror of its terroir of origin, from which it takes its name. We are in the Piedmont of Langa, one of the most renowned areas for its aptitude for giving red wines of character and finesse.

It is made up of 100% Dolcetto grapes, grown on a hilly soil of calcareous marly matrix. The ageing as long as at least a year, between ageing in wood and steel, enhances its complexity and body.

It has a ruby red colour, intense and bright. The olfactory profile shows a distinctly fruity trait, reminiscent of red forest berries, now ripe strawberries. Tannic texture and fresh tension make it an austere wine with a great gustatory pleasure, in the support of a solid and enveloping body. A balanced and full wine.

Perfect to accompany chicken cacciatore.
