Ron de Venezuela DOC Distillery Collection N° 1 Batch Kettle Rum Diplomatico

The prestigious Distillery Collection line intends to introduce enthusiasts to the spirits that are the basis of Diplomático rums. The n ° 1 or Batch Kettle is made from the best sugar cane honeys.

The distillation takes place in the alembic of the same name which consists of a discontinuous system similar to traditional pot stills but with an attached column that replaces the long "swan neck" and in which a more controlled and precise separation occurs. The final rum ages in oak barrels previously used for aging the bourbon and scotch whiskey.

It has a color that develops in the glass with golden yellow tones. The generous, multifaceted and enveloping aromas on the nose are interesting and well presented, which from notes of ripe fruit are directed towards spicy and caramel aromas. On the palate it impresses with its excellent structure, taste balance and a warm sip that envelops the palate.

Ideal to be served neat in evenings among connoisseurs.
