Description

Il Gingillo XIII Ariete is a gin made by Nannoni Grappe, instinctive and full of energy, which reflects the fiery character of the zodiac sign of Aries. This Distilled Dry Gin was created to capture the pioneering and combative essence associated with the first sign of the zodiac.

The production of this gin is based on the predominant use of juniper, flanked by hawthorn, a plant known for its beneficial properties, which gives the distillate delicate floral notes. To balance the sweetness of the hawthorn, ginger was added, which introduces a lively and impetuous heat.

On the palate, this spirit offers a dynamic balance between the floral notes of hawthorn and the vivacity of ginger, creating a flavour profile that is both sweet and spicy, with an energy that reflects the essence of Aries.

Perfect to be enjoyed neat, Gingillo XIII Ariete also lends itself well to mixing in cocktails, where its aromatic characteristics can be further enhanced.
