Description

The Distillato di Uva Moscato Giallo of the Capovilla distillery is made in Rosà, in the province of Vicenza. It is obtained through a slow and delicate process aimed at enhancing the typical character of the starting fruit variety, followed by a long period of aging to allow the aromas and flavor to fully evolve.

The Distillato di Uva Moscato Giallo has a bright and clear white color. The nose opens with the varietal aromas typical of the grape. On the palate it is soft and fruity, with pleasant hints of caramel and a fresh and toasted finish.

Perfect to be served after coffee during a dinner with friends or to be tasted in moments reserved for meditation.
