Description

The Wild Cherry Distillate of Capovilla is made in the distillery of Rosà, in the province of Vicenza. It is obtained through a slow and delicate process aimed at enhancing the typical character of the variety of spontaneous fruit of departure, followed by a long period of aging to allow the aromas and flavor to evolve fully.

The Capovilla Wild Cherry Distillate is colorless. The nose opens with intense aromas of creamy cherry candy. In the mouth it reveals sweet and precise, with a pleasantly long and consistent finish.

Pleasant to appreciate after coffee during a dinner with friends or in moments of meditation.
