Description

The Delle Venezie Ribolla Gialla of the La Roncaia company originates from high-hill vineyards located in the Pordenone municipality of Spilimbergo.

It is produced from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, harvested at the end of September once it reaches full maturity. After fermentation, which takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, the wine ages slowly in the same containers, and further in the bottle before reaching the market.

It has a bright straw yellow color. The nose offers elegant floral fragrances, combined with fresh hints of aromatic herbs and citrus. In the mouth it is mineral, fresh and round, with a beautiful structure.

Excellent aperitif, it goes very well with appetizers, oysters and shellfish truffles.
