Description

Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie by Villa Loren is an elegant and fresh white wine from the Veneto region. Made with selected Pinot Grigio grapes, this wine is appreciated for its lightness and fragrant character. The growing conditions of Veneto, with a temperate climate and suitable soils, enhance the finesse and freshness of this white wine.

The vinification takes place by crushing the grapes and then pressing them to obtain a young must. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18°C, allowing the varietal characteristics to be maintained. After fermentation, the wine ages on the lees for a few months, a technique that enriches the bouquet and gives a pleasant structure, while maintaining vivacity and freshness.

It has a bright straw yellow color and a delicate and varied aroma, with hints of tropical fruit and light floral notes. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a bright acidity and notes of pear and citrus, offering a balanced and refreshing finish.

This white wine is perfect when paired with delicate appetizers, risottos and white meats, enhancing the lightness and finesse of the flavors.
