Description

Brilla!'s Pinot Grigio delle Venezie is a lively and fresh white wine, produced from Pinot Grigio grapes from the regions of Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and the province of Trento. The temperate climate of these areas, mitigated by the sea and Lake Garda, together with the protection of the Alps from the cold winds of the north, creates ideal conditions for growing grapes. The breezes and exposure to the sun guarantee the healthiness of the vineyards and favor the development of complex aromatic precursors.

The grapes, once destemmed, are gently pressed. The must ferments for 8-12 days at controlled temperatures between 13 and 16°C in stainless steel tanks, followed by a period of storage at 12°C on the lees until bottling. This process preserves the freshness and balance of the wine, enhancing its aromatic characteristics.

It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it offers an initially floral bouquet that evolves into aromas of yellow pulp fruit. On the palate it stands out for its complexity, with a balance between acidity and minerality that makes it soft and persistent, leaving a pleasant velvety sensation.

Perfect for an aperitif with appetizers and finger foods, it pairs excellently with every course of the meal, making any occasion special.
