Description
Giori's Deer Premium Vegetables Dry Gin is produced in Trentino by this distillery founded in 1946 by Ferruccio Giori. The distillery offers various types of grappa, but also other distillates such as vodka and gin, as well as liqueurs.
It is produced with the distillation of wheat and barley using discontinuous method copper stills by cutting off the heads and tails.
The botanicals used that make up the aromatic bouquet of this gin are juniper berries, celery, carrot, rosemary, sage, parsley and ginger. The sip is fresh and dry, with slight spicy notes.
This gin is enjoyed with ice or can be used in the preparation of cocktails.
