Description

Cuvée Extra Dry Le Contesse is a blend of Glera grapes and other white berried varieties harvested in the province of Treviso, from vineyards located at an altitude of 40 meters above sea level.

The grapes are harvested manually. After soft pressing and cold static decantation of the must, the fermentation of the base wines takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-17 ° C. The wine is then sent to the second fermentation by refermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti-Charmat method.

In the glass it has a pale straw yellow color crossed by a perlage of good finesse and persistence. The olfactory profile expresses pleasant fruity and floral aromas. On the palate it is fresh and lively, aromatic and harmonious.

Recommended for an aperitif, it lends itself to combinations with light dishes and fish-based courses.
