Description
Marcel Cabelier's Crémant du Jura Brut is the fruit of only Chardonnay grapes harvested in the Franche-Comté region, enclosed between Burgundy and nearby Switzerland.
The harvest takes place entirely by hand. Following the pressing of the bunches, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C, and then gives way to refermentation in the bottle as per the Classic Method, with aging for 24 months on the yeasts.
It appears straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. The nose is intense, offering a combination of aromas ranging from honey to green apple, passing through notes of brioche. In the mouth it is lively and creamy.
Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany desserts.
