Description
The Crèmant de Savoie Victor Emmanuel of Domaine G&G Bouvet was born in vineyards located in the Savoie wine region.
It consists of Jacquère, Altesse and Chardonnay grapes which are vinified with the traditional method of second refermentation in the bottle.
Straw yellow in color and with fine and persistent bubbles, the nose recalls the aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle, dried apricots and hazelnuts. The sip is variegated and mineral, with a fairly persistent finish.
It is excellent to accompany different types of dishes, from vegetable gratin to baked guinea fowl to pumpkin and saffron soup.
