Description

Domaine de Savagny's Crémant Blanc Brut comes from Chardonnay grapes grown in vineyards in the Jura wine region, in France-Comté.

The pure Chardonnay grapes are softly pressed. The must is vinified in thermo-regulated steel vats at 18°C, to then be made sparkling in the bottle according to the classic method.

Straw yellow in color and with fine and persistent bubbles, the nose reveals intense aromas of pear, apple, brioche and vanilla. The sip is creamy, with a good aromatic length.

Excellent both as an aperitif and to accompany desserts.
