Description
Crémant de Bourgogne Extra Brut AOC Fine Réserve Louis Bouillot was born in Burgundy, from grapes grown in the province of Beaune-Nuits St. Georges.
An original blend of grapes, made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay, Aligoté is the basis of this sparkling wine, and 25% of the wines of the cuvée are aged in French oak barrels before the second fermentation, to give softness to the blend thanks to a micro-oxygenation. Each bottle rests on the lees for at least 60 months before disgorging, thus obtaining a sparkling wine with a very fine and numerous perlage.
In the glass it expresses all the qualities of the grape varieties in the blend: the complexity of Chardonnay, the structure of Pinot Noir, the fruity aroma of Gamay, and the freshness of Aligoté. The beautiful bright golden colour accompanies aromas of ripe and juicy fruit, with delicate notes of honey and verbena, and invites the palate to a taste of overwhelming freshness, with a light touch of flavour and a broad and satisfying finish.
A Burgundy wine created to amaze with originality, which will make your aperitif brilliant and your summer dishes even more delicious (such as white meats, roasted scallops or buffalo mozzarella caprese). Finally, it is also delicious with soft cheeses.
