Description

The Cremant Brut Cuvée Prestige of Domaine Albert Sounit was born in the vineyards in Jully-lés-Bux.

The wine is made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Alogote grapes. The must is fermented in thermo-regulated steel tanks and made into sparkling wine following the Méthode Traditionelle. The sparkling wine ages on the yeasts for 14-24 months

Straw yellow in color and with a fine and persistent perlage, it opens on the nose with hints of green apple, pear and citrus fruits, enriched with notes of brioche. The sip is creamy, with good persistence.

Ideal in combination with shellfish, oysters and delicate fish.
