Description
Crémant de Bordeaux Brut Haut-Mouleyre is a Classic Method sparkling wine made with Merlot and Sémillon grapes.
This Crémant de Bordeaux is made according to the Classic Method which involves refermentation in the bottle. After vinification and assembly, the addition of a mixture of sugar and yeasts allows the wine to referment in the bottle and to refine in contact with the yeasts for at least 12 months.
Golden yellow with a fine and persistent perlage, it offers the nose a fruity bouquet of exotic fruits with hints of citrus. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a very pleasant fruity aromatic charge.
It can be enjoyed throughout the meal or on the occasion of aperitifs based on cold cuts and fresh cheeses or vegetable first courses with shellfish.
