Description

Crémant Nature L'Innocent is produced by Domaine Hubert Reyser, a family-run company founded in 1963 in Nordheim, Alsace. Today the 15 hectares of vineyard are managed organically. 1.5 hectares of vineyard are located in the Grand Cru Steinklotz in Marlenheim.

This Crémant is a Blanc de Blancs based on Chardonnay, refermented in the bottle according to the champenoise method without the addition of sulphites. It rests on the yeasts for 5 years.

Straw yellow in color and with a delicate and persistent perlage, it opens on the nose with hints of white flowers and apple. The sip is fresh and saline, with good persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany raw fish and shellfish appetizers.
