Description
Crémant Brut is produced by Domaine Hubert Reyser, a family-run company founded in 1963 in Nordheim, Alsace. Today the 15 hectares of vineyard are managed organically. 1.5 hectares of vineyard are located in the Grand Cru Steinklotz in Marlenheim.
The wine is mainly made from Chardonnay grapes. The wine is made sparkling in the bottle according to the champenoise method and rests on the yeasts for 3 years.
Straw yellow in color and with a delicate and persistent perlage, it opens on the nose with hints of white flowers, apple and citrus fruits. The sip is fresh and creamy, with good persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany appetizers, fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
