Description
This Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine is part of the precious collection of Dopff au Moulin, the pioneer of Crémant d'Alsace.
It is obtained exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, pressed in whole clusters and vinified in white. A first fermentation in steel tanks is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle, according to the traditional method, and subsequent contact with the yeasts for a period of at least 24 months.
It has a light yellow robe and subtle and persistent bubbles. Determined and polite, it recalls floral and red berry fruit aromas on the nose. In the mouth it reveals full-bodied and dry, with a dry and pleasantly refreshing closure.
Perfect to drink both as an aperitif or with dessert.
