Description
Gustave Lorentz's Crémant d'Alsace Rosé is the result of painstaking work in all stages of production: from careful selection of the bunches to gentle pressing in compliance with the canons of the champenoise method.
A sparkling wine rich in charm and elegance obtained only from Pinot Noir grapes. After the traditional fermentation in steel, the second fermentation takes place in bottle, it remains in contact with its yeasts for at least 18 months.
With a soft cherry pink colour and a fine and persistent perlage, it captures the nose with delicious hints of small red fruits that leave room for the intervention of yeast and minerality, typical respectively of the sparkling process and the terroir of origin.
Refined aperitif, it goes well with appetizers, seafood and desserts.
