Description
The Côtes-du-Rhône Sant'Esprit labeled Delas Frères comes to life within an exceptional microclimate of the Mediterranean type, affected by the gusts of the mistral wind, good rainfall and extraordinary exposure, characteristics that make this area particularly favorable to the vineyard development.
It consists of Syrah and Grenache grapes. Fermentation and maceration take place at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C, in closed steel tanks, for about 15 days. After carrying out the malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for at least 8 months in steel allowing an evolution of the wine that does not disperse the fruity component.
In the glass it has a dark and deep ruby red color with purple nails. The nose chases characteristic notes of red berry fruit, violet and licorice. It has a full and round palate, with unusually delicate tannins that make it unique among the wines of the Côtes-du-Rhône.
Perfect to accompany mixed grills and barbecues, it is excellent in combination with tomatoes or stuffed aubergines.
