Description
It is a classic and illustrative image of the Côtes du Rhône, land of great red wines of France.
It is made from 3 grape varieties: Grenache 60%, Mourvèdre 20% and Syrah 20%. At the end of the winemaking process, it is aged for a year in oak barrels.
Deep ruby red. The nose is a blend of raspberry, cherry, black pepper and geranium. The palate is moderately tannic and, at the same time soft, with the fine guidance of a good freshness. It lingers in the memory of red fruits.
To be paired with a cheese platter.
