Description

The Côtes du Rhône Vieilles Vignes is made with grapes from vineyards planted on clay and sand rich soils with a sandy surface, with an average age between 40-50 years, a factor that gives the wine great personality and concentration.

Composed mainly of Grenache grapes, joined by Syrah and Mourvèdre grapes, it is the result of fermentation at controlled temperature, between 27 and 32 ° C, with maceration of 21-28 days in contact with the skins. Refine for 6 months in cement tanks.

Ruby red with purple hues, the color develops an intense bouquet of notes of red fruit and spices. In the mouth it is appreciated in all its softness and ease of drinking, with well-smooth silky tannins that invite to the next sip.

Wine for daily consumption, it is excellent in the company of a grilled chicken or medium-aged cheeses. Try it with a good pizza.
