Description

Petit Ours Brun by Domaine du Coulet is a red wine produced in France, in the Rhône Valley region. Obtained from Syrah grapes grown on clay-limestone soil, black earth, this wine comes from a 16-hectare vineyard, with an average age of 30 years.

Winemaking involves destemming, spontaneous fermentation and maceration without punching down in concrete vats. The refinement takes place in the same containers for 8 months.

Petit Ours Brun is a delicious, fruity and juicy wine. It represents a perfect introduction to the world of Northern Rhône reds and reflects the personality of Matthieu Barret, combining the power and opulence typical of the territory with a lighter and more elegant style.

Perfect with cold cuts and cheese appetizers and legume soups.
