Description
The Claux Blanc from Domaine Usseglio Raymond & Fils is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne and Bourboulenc, coming from a single parcel located in Saint Geniès de Comolas, on the left bank of the Rhône.
Winemaking involves cold pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature, with subsequent refinement in the same vats to preserve freshness.
The wine offers an aromatic bouquet with notes of orange blossom, pear, peach and a touch of citrus. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with pronounced lemon notes and a soft finish.
It pairs perfectly with seafood or grilled fish.
