Description
The Côtes-du-Rhône La Couronne du Prince by Cellier des Princes is the top Cuvée of the company produced with Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre grapes. The wine is born only in the best vintages.
The grapes are destemmed and fermented for 4-5 weeks at 27-32°C in concrete tanks. This is followed by an aging of 12 months in barriques, of which 1/3 are new.
Intense ruby red in color, it reveals aromas of violets, red fruits, licorice and spices on the nose. The sip has a good structure, complex and elegant.
Ideal to accompany stewed meats, both red and game.
