Description

The Côtes du Rhône Blanc by E. Guigal is a white wine that fascinates with its balanced blend and distinctive characteristics. Coming from the southern Rhône region, this wine stands out for the important presence of Viognier, which gives the wine an unmistakable personality. The careful selection of grapes and meticulous assembly guarantee consistency and excellence, making this wine a true point of reference for Rhône wines.

The grapes used for this wine are mainly Viognier (60%), Roussanne (15%), Marsanne (10%), Clairette (8%), Bourboulenc (5%) and Grenache blanc (2%). Winemaking takes place using traditional methods, with rigorous temperature control during alcoholic fermentation around 18°C. The refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness and purity of the wine.

At sight, the Côtes du Rhône Blanc presents itself with a brilliant golden yellow colour. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of white flowers, apricot, acacia and white peach, typical of Viognier. On the palate, it is a fruity wine with notable roundness and richness, balanced and elegant, with a structure that combines power and finesse.

This wine pairs perfectly with fish dishes and Asian cuisine.
