Description

The white Lou Côtes de Provence Peyrassol is a blend of Vermentino, Sémillon and Ugni Blanc made with organic grapes. This white wine is the result of a careful selection of the best terroirs and grapes, grown on clay and limestone soils from the Triassic period, enriched by a notable presence of pebbles.

Organic viticulture and mechanical harvesting during the cooler hours of the night, by grape variety, underline the commitment to sustainability and quality. Traditional vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a short refinement on fine yeasts to preserve the aroma of the wine.

This wine shows a golden color and green nuances. On the nose there are hints of white fruits such as peach and pear which precede a bouquet of citrus fruits. On the palate it is light, lively and at the same time silky, it is easily digestible and thirst-quenching, with a citrus finish that enriches its complexity.

It pairs beautifully with all salads and fish, both raw and grilled. Its youthful freshness makes it an ideal wine to accompany aperitifs and festive evenings.
