Description

This French rosé wine is produced by Domaine Le Cengle in Provence. The Cinsault, Grenache and Vermentino grapes come from the Cru Sainte Victoire.

The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness. Once in the cellar they are softly pressed and fermented at low temperatures in steel tanks.

Soft pink in color, it offers a bouquet of white fruit and ripe peach to the nose. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a discreet persistence.

Excellent aperitif, it is perfect to accompany light dishes based on fish and shellfish.
