Description

The Chateau Peyrassol XIIIE Côtes de Provence rosé is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, produced with organic grapes that come from vineyards grown on clay and limestone soils, located in the internal valleys, with some plots on fresh and deep soils. The choice of plots with northern exposure guarantees the preservation of freshness. Cultivated carefully to reflect the uniqueness of their environment.

The winemaking follows a precise selection of the plots, with a harvest guided by the phases of the moon, traditionally carried out in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, after delicate pneumatic pressing. Aging takes place for several months on fine yeasts in steel tanks, thus preserving the aromatic freshness of the wine.

This rosé has a delicate color reminiscent of rose petals. On the nose, it opens to reveal hints of fresh and light flowers that combine with delicious fruits, creating a typically Provençal fragrance. On the palate, the sweetness envelops from the beginning, with a velvety profile that extends to a delicate finish, supported by notes of fresh fruit. It ends with a pleasant refreshing salinity.

It is perfect paired with a sea bream ceviche, fish-based risottos or a selection of fresh goat's cheeses. Its freshness and aromatic complexity make it an ideal companion for light and refined dishes.
