All the wines are produced with minimal addition of sulphites and are neither filtered nor clarified.
It consists of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Carménère grapes, which are first of all subjected to destemming-crushing. The aging takes place for 24 months in large barrels and barriques.
Ruby red in colour, the nose reveals intense aromas of red flowers and ripe plums, blackberries and sweet spices. The sip is fresh and full-bodied, with dense and silky tannins and a persistent finish.
Excellent combined with roasted red meats and game.
