Côteaux du Giennois AOP 2023 Château de La Chaise

The Côteaux du Giennois of the Château de la Chaise originates from a unique location between Nièvre and Loiret, along the right bank of the Loire. The siliceous-limestone soils of this region offer ideal conditions for the production of wines characterized by a distinctive minerality and freshness.

It is obtained entirely from Sauvignon grapes, vinified in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve their freshness and varietal aromas. In this way, the final wine will be able to better express the peculiarities of its terroir.

Pale straw yellow in colour, it presents to the nose a combination of intriguing citrus aromas and white flowers that ensure a refined olfactory experience. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced, with a nice persistence.

Particularly suitable as an aperitif, it goes beautifully with grilled fish and seafood.
