Description

The Amalfi Coast Furore Bianco Fiorduva was born in vineyards located on the Amalfi Coast, caressed by the breeze and the scents of the Mediterranean Sea.

It is produced 40% with Ripoli grapes, 30% with Fenile grapes and 30% with Ginestra grapes, harvested only by hand. After a soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 12 ° C for about 3 months in oak barriques.

It is characterized by a deep yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with hints of apricots and broom flowers, enriched with pleasant aromas of exotic fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly soft, dense and characterized by an important aromatic persistence of raisins and candied fruit.

Perfect to accompany first courses and risotto, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes.
