Description

The Costa D'Amalfi Furore Bianco of the Cantine Marisa Cuomo was born among the vines and rocks overlooking the sea of Furore, in the heart of the magical Amalfi Coast.

It is produced with Falanghina and Biancolella grapes, harvested and selected by hand in the first ten days of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C for about 20-30 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 4 months in steel before being bottled.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a delicate scent of marine herbs and hawthorn, with delicate notes of almonds and hazelnuts. On the palate it is broad and balanced, with a slight dominance of the acidulous note in support of the freshness of the aromas.

To be consumed immediately or even after a few years, the Furore Bianco is perfect to accompany aperitifs, appetizers and sushi. Also ideal in combination with fish and seafood dishes.
