Description
Corvina Veronese in purity that expresses its own territorial identity, making itself clearly recognizable compared to any other indigenous grape variety.
The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to a crushing-destemming phase. Fermentation takes place at a temperature between 22 and 28 ° C, with maceration for 8 days.
Ruby red in color, it offers an olfactory bouquet mainly focused on red pulp fruit. The mouthfeel is fresh and soft, with a good gustatory structure.
Perfect in combination with light meat-based main courses and cold cuts in general. Recommended with a cutting board of Venetian soppressa.
