Description

Penley Atlas Son of Titan Shiraz is a red wine made from 100% Shiraz grapes, grown in the south-east of South Australia.

The winemaking involves whole bunch fermentation and delicate cap management, followed by aging in oak barrels to balance the fruity and spicy aromas of the wine. The maturation process allows us to obtain a wine with a soft structure and well-integrated tannins.

On the nose, the Penley Atlas Son of Titan Shiraz offers aromas of raspberry, licorice, plum and spice, with a sweet fruity heart and notes of cocoa and savory tannins. On the palate, it is juicy, fleshy and vibrant, with silky tannins and a spicy, fragrant finish.

This Shiraz pairs perfectly with pasta dishes, roasted cauliflower and pork belly.
