Description

The Contea di Sclafani Spumante Brut Classic Method of Tasca d'Almerita is sourced from the Cava Rina vineyards located in the Regaleali Estate, in the province of Palermo.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested during the month of August. The sparkling wine is produced according to the classic method, with a refermentation in the bottle at a controlled temperature, with ageing for 24 months on its own yeasts.

It is characterized by a golden yellow colour, with a fine and continuous perlage. The nose opens with a fragrant, complex and fruity bouquet. On the palate it is delicate, creamy and soft, with a harmonious and balanced body. The sparkling wine has a pleasantly fresh and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany appetizers, cold cuts and fish-based dishes, it is ideal in combination with risotto, fried food and fresh cheeses.
