Description

Shiarà di di Castellucci Miano is a Sicilian white wine that is born on the slopes of the Madonie, in the northern part of Sicily.

The wine is made from 100% Catarratto grapes, which are harvested in October. Once in the cellar they are vinified in white in thermo-controlled tanks. Subsequently the wine ages in steel for 6 months and 4 months in the bottle.

Straw yellow in color, the nose has hints of pineapple and passion fruit, citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit. The sip is fresh and sapid, with a long persistence.

Excellent in combination with tasty fish first courses and fried fish or white meat.
