Description

This Tasca d'Almerita Chardonnay is born in the San Francesco vineyards located in the Regaleali Estate, in the province of Palermo.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested towards the end of August. Fermentation takes place in barriques at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C for 15 days. Subsequently the wine is aged in barrique for 8 months before being bottled.

This Chardonnay is characterized by a golden yellow color, with greenish hues. The nose opens with a complex bouquet of cedar and banana, enriched with delicate spicy notes of cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate it is intense, rich and balanced, with a pleasantly fresh finish.

Perfect to accompany fish and seafood dishes, it is ideal in combination with first courses, fried foods and fresh cheeses.
