Description
This Rosso Conero of the famous Fazi Battaglia winery was born in the vineyards on the slopes of the homonymous mountain in the Marche region, near Ancona.
Made from Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes, carefully harvested by hand, this wine traditionally ferments in steel, with 10-15 days of maceration at controlled temperature and 4 months of aging in steel. A short period of refinement in the bottle follows, where all the organoleptic characteristics of the product stabilize.
Rosso Conero by Fazi Battaglia has an intense and brilliant ruby red color, with subtle violet hues. The nose brings interesting aromas of red fruit, with pleasant floral hints on the finish. In the mouth it is dry and dry, with fragrances of fruit and dried red flowers.
To be drunk over 3 years, this Conero goes very well with white meat roasts, dry soups and typical Tuscan dishes such as pecorino cheeses and meat sauce.
