Description
The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut di Canevel comes from vineyards located on the Treviso hills, in the heart of the Valdobbiadene DOCG.
It is mainly produced with Glera and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected only by hand, between the end of September and the first days of October. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in steel autoclaves, at controlled temperature, according to the Charmat method.
The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut of Canavel is characterized by a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with pleasant sensations of Golden apple and Mediterranean spices in perfect balance. Sparkling wine with a great personality, it is dry and velvety on the palate.
Excellent as an aperitif and with cheese and fish appetizers, it is perfect to accompany delicate dishes and desserts.
