Description
Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut San Fermo di Bellenda was born in vineyards located in Carpesica, in the extraordinary Conegliano terroir. Bellenda sparkling wines perfectly represent the suspended bubbles of this area.
It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested in the second half of September. After a soft pressing and a decanting of the must, the grapes ferment at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. Subsequently a refermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C for 2 months. The wine then ages on the fine lees for about 1-3 months before being placed on the market.
San Fermo has a beautiful straw yellow color, with bright and brilliant reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with an elegant and wide bouquet, with refined hints of Golden apple and peach, enriched with pleasant aromatic nuances. On the palate it is very harmonious, pleasantly clean and dry. Overall it has an excellent correspondence between the sense of smell and taste.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and vegetable dishes.
