Description
The Condrieu Blanc Inviting M. Chapoutier was founded in the vineyards of Tain L'Hermitage, located in the north of the famous French wine region of the Rhone Valley.
It is made entirely from Viogner grapes, harvested and selected by hand once it reaches perfect ripeness. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in wood, at a controlled temperature of 16 ° -18 ° C. After a period of 8 months, in which the wine rests on its lees, the refinement continues mainly in tonneaux and for the remaining part in new oak barrels.
The Invitare is characterized by a golden yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with an intense fruity bouquet, with hints of pineapple, peach and apricot, enriched with smoky notes and acacia flowers. On the palate it is full and structured with a persistent vanilla finish.
Perfect to accompany delicious appetizers and goat cheeses. Try it with refined oriental and asian dishes.
