Description

This Sauvignon from Villa Folini was born in the green of Collio Goriziano, in the San Lorenzo Isontino area, a stone's throw from Slovenia.

It is the result of a white vinification of Sauvignon Blanc grapes in purity, with fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine refines its organoleptic characteristics in glass.

Straw yellow with greenish nuances, it has a lively nose rich in vegetal sensations which now recall the yellow pepper now the sage, accompanied by fruity peach notes. Tasting is a soft wine with good aromatic persistence.

Excellent with appetizers and first courses with an intense aroma, it amazes with white meat or fish dishes.
