Description
The Sauvignon Blanc Valbuins di Livon comes from the vineyard of the same name, located in Ruttars, within the Udine municipality of Dolegna del Collio.
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, in boxes, followed by a short cold maceration. The must ferments in steel tanks at a temperature of 14-16 ° C, after which it always ages in steel for 7 months. The wine is further refined in the bottle before reaching the market.
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The scent is characterized by vegetal notes based on green pepper, sage and tomato leaves, enriched with light hints of peach. It has a full and dry taste, pleasantly soft and persistent.
Perfect to accompany all first courses of vegetarian cuisine, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish.
