Description
The Collio Sauvignon Blanc di Livon was born in vineyards located in the Municipality of Dolegna del Collio.
It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 5 months and for a further period in the bottle, before being placed on the market.
This Collio Sauvignon Blanc is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an intense bouquet, with hints of exotic fruits and melon, enriched with pleasant scents of green pepper. On the palate it is dry, well-structured and pleasantly generous.
Perfect to accompany risotto and first courses, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and seafood.
