Description
Caterina is a bright white wine produced with Ribolla Gialla grapes from the Collio DOC.
The grapes, harvested in the first ten days of September, are vinified and matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and purity of the vine. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel, a process that enhances the lively acidity and marked minerality typical of the territory.
In the glass, the Caterina presents itself with a brilliant straw yellow color. The fine but intense bouquet releases hints of yellow flowers, apple and delicious citrus sensations. On the palate, the lively acidity and marked minerality offer a refreshing and stimulating tasting experience, with a perfect balance between freshness and structure.
Perfect as an aperitif, Caterina pairs wonderfully with oysters and sea truffles, as well as being ideal for accompanying light appetizers and fish-based dishes.
