Collio DOC Ribolla Gialla 2022 Russiz Superiore

The Collio Ribolla Gialla from the Russiz Superiore line by Marco Felluga was born in vineyards located in Capriva del Friuli, in the province of Gorizia. Russiz Superiore is Marco Felluga's cru.

It is produced with 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, harvested only by hand. After a cold maceration, a small part of the must ferments in oak barrels, the remainder in steel at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 8 months on its lees and in the bottle before being marketed.

In the glass it has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with notes of tropical fruit, mandarin and other citrus fruits, accompanied by aromas of toasted nuts and rosemary. On the palate it is sapid, with a chalky and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany smoked fish carpaccio, fried fish and first courses with vegetables.
