Description

The Collio Pinot Grigio by Villa Folini is a white wine obtained from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, grown on the gentle and gentle hills enclosed by the Julian Prealps, in an area mitigated by the influence of the Adriatic Sea.

The winemaking process begins with a soft pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the natural aromas of the grape variety. The refinement continues in steel until bottling.

It has an intense straw yellow color enriched by light shades of antique pink. On the nose it stands out for its aromas of yellow pulp fruits and acacia flowers, which prove to be excellently persistent. On the palate the wine is dry, full and soft.

This wine is particularly suitable for accompanying fish soups, seafood grills and dishes based on porcini mushrooms.
